Where is your location?

We are located in Makurdi, Benue State and Abuja but we deliver our products Nationwide.

How can I know more about you?

We are available for you to chat with us on the website, using our contact us form, WhatsApp, social media platforms or visit us in our physical stores.

How is the delivery of items done?

When you place an order, we will find out the cost of shipping to your location and give you a call to confirm this. If you accept, we will commence processing and dispatching of the order immediately.

I am currently in Lagos How long does delivery take?

For delivery to Lagos, give us maximum 48hrs to offer you the best deal delivery charge. If you accept the delivery charge immediately, then we will send it immediately. The trip from our office Makurdi to Lagos is 12hrs.

Do You Charge a Delivery Fee For My Exchange (Will I Receive My Original Delivery Fee)?

Delivery fee for exchange is free. However, an exchanged item cannot be returned. Royal Grocery Shoppa will not bear the delivery cost for returning items. Your original delivery fee will not be refunded.

What If My Items Are Received Damaged or Defective?

You can return or exchange a damaged and defective items by initiating a return 24hours after delivery. See refund policy below

Looking To Return a purchased product?

We provide flexible returns! After receiving your delivery, You have 24hours to initiate a return. Get hold of your order Id, signin to Royal Grocery Shoppa website and complete your return request. Products that are beyond 1-day in your possession cannot be returned. Our return policy allows up to 14 days to receive the item, after which a refund will be made. You may request for the product to be exchanged for another. All items need to be in good shape to receive credit in any form. Items that do not meet these necessities are not eligible for refund.

Our Refund Policy

Eligibility: We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 21 days of your purchase, if 21 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging. An item delivered as exchange is not eligible for exchange. All returns must be initiated from the Royal Grocery Shoppa application.

Exchanges: if applicable, We replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email. An item delivered as exchange is not eligible for exchange.

Refund: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 14 days of getting notice of refund payment.

Late or missing refunds: If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, contact us at royalgroceryshoppa@gmail.com.

Shipping: Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer. It must be sent to the address specified in the refund approval email. You will be responsible for shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item but we can advice you on eligible courier services for shipping.

An approval email with information about the store to send the items you wish to return will be sent to you. We match your address with our closest store location to avoid high shipping costs.

You can decide to return the items in person where this is convenient for you. Keep your order Id handy when visiting the store. We require identity verification before accepting the returned items.
